Why do you need a Coach?
Accountability: Let’s face it, self motivation is tough and usually short lived. If you are relying on hope and a little bit of work to get you results then you might be heading down a disappointing path. Trainers are there to keep you on track, motivated and performing so you achieve your results the fastest and most effective way possible.
Technique & Safety: Too many times we see incorrect technique performed, and over time, causing injuries. A trainer can ensure you execute good weight training techniques and develop proper weight training habits safely and effectively. Poor technique is often the result of injury and lack of achieved results. Trainers are technicians when it comes to weight training and biomechanical movement.
Consistency: The number one attribute to achieving results is consistency. An appointment with your trainer every week will ensure you are consistent week in and week out and moving forwards towards achieving your goals.
Knowledge: Knowledge is power however, applied knowledge equals results. The right training methods to match your goals is the fastest way to achieving them. A trainer will customize and tweak training methods to ensure you are constantly making progress and achieving results.
Goal Setting & Achieving: Want to run your first 5km? Run a marathon? Learn how to deadlift? Lose 10kg by Christmas? Whatever your goal is a Professional Trainer will realistically plan, discuss, assess and measure goals and continual progress until it has been achieved.
Individual Program: Achieving results is customized. Got an injury? Play a particularly sport? Have a health condition which requires you to lose weight? A Trainer will customize an individual program based on your unique situation and catered to your unique requirements.

BoxFit Burn

Finish your day strong with a fun, all levels high-energy BoxFit Burn session. Learn boxing combo’s, boost your fitness, cardio and functional movements and get an epic workout in a supportive environment. Come and be pushed to your limits in a safe and sweaty environment. Lift and Shift

Intensity Level: Moderate
Start your day with our energising 6am weighted group class, designed for all levels of fitness. This session combines lower and upper body exercises, with push and pull movements. You can scale up or down to suit your fitness levels, guided by Mel. This class will help build strength, improve technique and confidence, which will help you move better and feel stronger in day-to-day activities.
PFWC Sweat
Fitness Level: All
Intensity Level: Mod-High
A HIIT style group class, with high energy cardio, strength, and functional movements in a fast paced Tabata training style. Designed to burn calories, build muscle and boost endurance. With motivating music you will supported to upscale your workouts or go at your own pace. Come ready to sweat, push your limits and leave feeling like you’ve worked.
SUPER SATURDAY
Fitness Level: 12month+ experience
Intensity: Moderate-High
This motivating and fun class is designed to build strength and improve mobility with all abilities welcome. Using a mixture of functional and strength stations for all fitness levels, you can work at your own pace.
Build for Life - 60+
Fitness Levels: All
Intensity Level: Low-Mod
This class is for 60+ years only.
Monday and Wednesday feature a mats focused, individual workout using weights in a community of people focused on fun while working out.
Tuesday and Thursday is a 4-station workout, with a combination of strength, weights, functional and balance exercises. At each station you will workout with a core group of 6 people who aim to support you to get the most out of each class.
Full Body Fix
Fitness Levels: All
Intensity Level: Low-Moderate
Start your day with a full body functional class, designed for all fitness levels. This class blends strength, cardio, core and mobility into a balanced full body workout. You can expect functional movements that support everyday life, improve endurance and strength and boost confidence.
