BoxFit

Fitness Levels: All
Intensity Level: Moderate-High
Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills. This all over cardio and strength training workout will also improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina. Learn boxing skills such as correct form in throwing jabs, hooks and uppercuts, while working at an intense pace.


StrengthFit

Fitness levels: All
Intensity Level: Moderate
Strength Fit is our weights training class targeted towards learning and developing correct strength training exercise and principles to achieve a full body weights workout. If you are new to weight training or want to learn how to lift this class is a great one to get you started. 


HIIT Fitness

Fitness Level: All
Intensity Level: High
Drills, challenges, partner work, group work and all sorts of exercise enhanced activities that will not only challenge your heart rate but become a conversation starter. No two sessions are the same, these drills are a fast way to develop fit friend bonds.


SUPER SATURDAY

Fitness Level: 12month+ experience
Intensity: Moderate-High
Are you up for a challenge? Super Saturday delivers full body workout using hypertrophy style strength training along with high intensity functional cardio training in 45min. An excellent class to challenge your fitness and develop strength.


Fit Forever Club

Fitness Levels: All
Intensity Level: Low-Mod

This program aims to focus on improving balance, flexibility, bone density, cardiovascular endurance and strength. Targeted for the 60yr + each individual works at their own pace to progress gradually. Exercises are adjusted to individual needs and delivered by an experienced trainer. As part of the Fit Forever program these specialized group sessions are included in memberships.

 

Functional Movement

Fitness Levels: All
Intensity Level: Low-Moderate

This class is for all fitness levels where you will work at your own pace with a super supportive group and instructor. We use all types of functional equipment including kettle and bar bells and your own body weight. Classes are structured with 2 minutes of cardio, then 20 functional exercises and 1 minute of core strength work.

Challenge yourself with exercises that are out of your comfort zone. Loads of fun, laughs and a great, sweaty workout.
